The Orgone Chakra Layered Crystal Pendulum is based on the research of Dr. Wilhelm Reich, an Austrian psychiatrist. He researched orgone energy in the earlier half of the 20th century. While conducting his research, Reich observed that organic materials attract and hold orgone energy, while non-organic metals simultaneously attract and repel it.
Orgonite is a substance made of resin, metal shavings, and quartz that balances and harmonizes bio-energy, otherwise known as orgone, chi, or prana. The piezoelectric properties of the quartz crystal emit a charge when under pressure. The resin shrinks when it is cured, therefore constant pressure is put on the quartz crystal.
Because the elements in orgonite are constantly attracting and repelling energy, a “scrubbing” action takes place. Along with the charge, the crystal emits, stagnant and negative energy is cleared, creating a healthy, vibrant field of energy.

According to Reich, there are three types of orgone energy:
POR or Positive Orgone Energy allows a person to experience a sense of well-being and vitality. This energy flows naturally when the organism feels pleasure or positive thoughts. POR energy moves from inside the body, outwards. On the other hand, DOR or Deadly Orgone Energy occurs when the organism experiences fear and anxiety. Here, the energy reverses, and the flow of energy moves from the outside to the inner core.
When negative emotions remain unresolved, DOR energy accumulates in the body. This results in a “stagnant” or “rigid” state of energy, causing muscular contractions and the activation of the sympathetic nervous system manifesting as disease symptoms.
To counteract and treat disease, Dr. Reich built Orgone accumulators. These large boxes are lined on the inside with alternating layers of metallic and non-metallic material, creating OR and POR. Using the Orgone accumulators, Reich was successful in treating patients with cancer.
DOR is energy that no longer flows freely. This “armored” or “encapsulated” energy creates sickness and eventually death. When water flows freely, it is vital and life-promoting, but when it’s stagnant, it becomes lifeless and allows disease breeding organisms to propagate.
This DOR energy often comes from technology and other mad-made inventions, including EMFs and emotions. For example, cell phones and other electronic devices create DOR. Furthermore, a living space can accumulate DOR as well as personal negative emotions held within the body.
