Shipping, Returns & Damaged Shipments Policy
We ship worldwide from Canada and aim to ensure a smooth and transparent experience from checkout to delivery. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process, return eligibility, and how we handle damaged items.
📦 Shipping Policy
We ship using Canada Post and aim to dispatch all orders within 24–72 hours of payment.
Shipping Rates

USA: Flat rate of $10.99 USD

Canada: Rates vary by province

International: Flat rate of $15.99 USD (Some exceptions may apply)
Heavier or higher-value orders may incur additional shipping costs. If this applies to your order, we will contact you before shipping.
Estimated Delivery Times

Canada: 3–10 business days

USA: 7–15 business days

International: 2–6 weeks, depending on location and customs
These are estimated delivery windows and may vary depending on postal service conditions and customs clearance.
Tracking

Canada: Tracking is included at no extra charge

USA: Optional tracking available at checkout for $3.50 USD

International: Optional tracking available at checkout for $35.00 USD
If no tracking is selected during checkout, your order will ship without tracking.
Insurance
We no longer include shipping insurance by default. If you’d like your order insured, please contact us before or during checkout. We’ll provide a quote based on your order value and destination.
Pendulums Plus is not responsible for lost or damaged packages unless tracking and/or insurance was selected at checkout.
🔁 Return Policy
We gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To begin a return, please contact us by email to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Returns without an RAN will not be accepted.
Return Conditions:

Items must be in original condition and packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

No returns are accepted if sent COD or if duties are due on delivery

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Refunds & Replacements:
Once we receive and inspect your return:

You will receive a refund (minus shipping and restocking fees), or

A replacement item will be sent, or
-
A store credit will be issued, based on your request
Please allow up to two billing cycles for refunds to appear on your statement.

📷 Damaged Shipments
We carefully inspect and pack every order. If your item arrives damaged, we will replace it at no additional cost.
To report a damaged item:

The packaging it arrived in

Keep all packaging materials until we confirm next steps
Once we verify the damage:

A replacement will be sent

A refund will be issued if a replacement is not available
Items damaged due to misuse or wear-and-tear are not eligible for replacement or refund.
